COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
Education for Elderly Immigrants on English and Acculturation
A vast majority of the elderly immigrants have limited English skills, and most times, lack cultural awareness. As a ministry, our mission is to eliminate these inabilities that impede the elderly ones from communicating effectively and accessing social services.
Development Program to Community
We seek partnership with rural cities and counties to improve the lives of their low- and moderate-income residents through the teaching of biblical principles, servicing self help groups, running support and social action groups, building community networks, participating in inter-agency meetings, undertaking needs assessment and increasing people’s skills.
Volunteer to Community Food Services
It is our belief that man must receive holistic blessings which includes the provision of good food. Jesus miraculously fed people in His days. We therefore enjoy volunteering to gather, prepare and deliver food to low-income and needy individuals throughout the United States.
In West and South Africa
Help to Less Privileged, Orphans and Widows
We focus on improving the lives of vulnerable people especially widows, orphans, and youths in under-resourced communities in Benin Republic, Nigeria, Cameroun, Togo and Chad in order for them to have access to quality health care, education, and equal opportunities to realize their potentials.
Help for the Handicapped
We derive fulfilment in providing help for the handicapped which includes sharing the hope in the gospel of Jesus, giving them social opportunities to boost their emotional strength, housing and provision of jobs.
Wheel Chair Drive
It is sad that most of the people who are lame in Africa automatically turn to beggars. They have a life, if we give them the chance. This is why this ministry encourage the donation of wheelchairs to people who, due to one disability or the other can not move about by themselves. We also partner with philanthropists and NGOs to provide skill acquisition opportunities for them to contribute to their own lives and the community productively.
Community Cleaning and Sanitization
To achieve the greatest health benefits, improvements in hygiene should be
made concurrently with consistent cleaning of the community and sanitization. We believe God’s will is for us to be in good health and also keep our environment clean.
Sensitization
We believe that the majority of the problems in our communities stems from ignorance or apathy. We are committed to increasing people’s awareness about vital issues like love for others, good character, building competence and taking care of our environment.
Fighting Child trafficking
Human trafficking is a real problem and it’s happening all around us. As a ministry, we understand that God loves children and hates all forms of oppressions. We therefore focus on their safety. We fight against sex and labor trafficking vehemently, especially if children are involved.
